It is used to dry and densify moist plastics with the heat created by the friction created by high-speed rotating blades. In addition to drying and condensation, it can also be used in size reduction.

 Different bowl diameters and blade designs are applied depending on the plastic form and capacity. Blades are manufactured from special alloy steels according to the plastic to be processed.

 The boiler body can be produced from AISI 304 stainless steel or carbon steel. It provides ease of maintenance thanks to its improved bearing system.
